Our Distinguished Lecturer

We are deeply honoured that Dr. JUNSHI CHEN, renowned expert and globally respected scientist for his leadership in food safety and nutrition, has consented to be our Distinguished Lecturer for the 23rd IUFoST world food congress this year in Hong Kong. Dr Chen is a Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chief Adviser of the China National Centre for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA), Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology (IAFoST) and Honorary head of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) our national scientific representative in China, among many other titles and accolades too numerous to mention in this page.
