IUFoST 2026 World Food Congress – WHERE FOOD SCIENCE MEETS THE FUTURE

Registration

First of all, we are delighted to know that you will be attending the 23rd IUFoST World Food Congress, which, as you know, will take place in Hong Kong from 25 to 29 October 2026.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation for your patience and understanding during the transition to our new registration platform, developed and implemented in collaboration with our new partner, Informa Markets.

Although we had anticipated only a brief interruption of a few days between the decommissioning of the previous registration system and the launch of the new platform, the transition required a little more time than expected, due in part to the exceptionally high number of participants. Throughout this period, we have made every effort to respond to as many enquiries as possible.

We are pleased to inform you that the new registration platform will be fully operational from Monday, 20 July. It has been designed to provide participants with access to all essential registration services, including official confirmation letters, documentation required for visa applications, links to preferential hotel booking arrangements, information on local and regional tourism opportunities, tickets for the Gala Dinner and the Fellows' Dinner (where applicable), as well as all other registration-related services.

Informa Markets will contact each registered participant to confirm their registration and, where applicable, assist with the payment process. Participants who have already completed their payment will receive a confirmation from Informa Markets and will be able to update their registration by selecting any additional options available through the new platform. Informa Markets will also coordinate badge production and the distribution of delegate materials.

The abstract review process is now in its final stages and will be completed within the next few days.

In addition, we are pleased to announce that the Early Bird registration rate has been extended to provide additional time for participants to benefit from the discounted registration fee.

As always, and until the conclusion of the Congress, the IUFoST Congress Secretariat remains at your disposal to assist with any questions, concerns, or specific requests.

Should you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at iufost2026@informa.com.
