FRESH PRODUCE DECONTAMINATION: ADAPTING TO A WORLD OF SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE - New SIB

The latest in the series of  Scientific Information Bulletins (SIBs) produced by the IUFoST Scientific Council is on the subject of Fresh Produce Decontamination. This peer-reviewed SIB was written for the Scientific Council by Academy Fellow Dr. Ahmed E.
