2023 College of Early Career Scientists (CECS) Webinar Series

The CECS webinar series spotlight topics of interest among food science students and young budding food scientists. The first session of the series features the speakers – Dr. Ogugua Charles Aworh, Dr. Erich Windhab and Dr. Declan Troy on “Doing quality research under resource-constrained settings”. The lack of resources is a major barrier in producing high-impact research. This webinar explores ways to overcome this challenge and presents alternatives on how to optimize available resources in planning and carrying out research effectively. Early career scientists - Dr. Biniam Kebede and Dr. Tonna Ashim Anyasi, shall join the discussion to offer their perspectives and share their experiences.
