I think there are now many innovative technologies in the food sector, which we should not overlook, and the student should take a small summary of them, for example, but not limited to:

3D /4D Food printing 
Cultured Meat (In-vitro Meat)
Cultured Milk (Lab-grown Milk)
IoT (Internet of Things) and its role in food safety and quality 
Robotics in Food industry
Thank you for your contribution. I fully agree. I attach a very simple slides for 3D printing. It would be good to share here teaching materials on these more recent topics. Thank you.
