NEWSLINE  is the official newsletter of the International Union of Food Science & Technology (IUFoST) for its Adhering Bodies. It is published periodically as an on-line journal (with a limited number of hard copies) and reaches up to 150,000 food scientists and technologists in over 100 countries around the world. It features editorials, news and reports on Union affairs, such as General Assembly resolutions, activities of the Board and Governing Council, the International Academy, as well as reports on Adhering Body activities and events, calendars of events and official announcements of the Union.
