Call for Sessions – Now open
The Call for Sessions is now open for the IUFoST 20th World Congress of Food Science and Technology, to be held in Auckland, New Zealand 17-20 August 2020.
Food security and sustainability are increasingly top of mind for food scientists and technologists. Add the critical aspect of ensuring food safety in our increasingly globally connected markets and you have the three key issues that will exercise our best minds in the 21st Century. Together, these three aspects – safety, security and sustainability – form the major themes for the IUFoST 20th World Congress.
The Congress will highlight recent research and innovations across food supply chains to add value and enable the safe, secure and sustainable manufacture of healthier foods for global markets.
More information on the programme and themes can be found at the IUFoST2020 website.
Submitting a Session Proposal
We invite you to submit a session proposal for the Congress and have your input in shaping the highly anticipated programme that will profile world class science and technology that will bring a sustainable food supply to the world. Accepted session proposals will be the foundation for the call for abstracts, whereby each submitted abstract will be required to nominate the session in which they wish to present. The call for abstracts will open on 4 June 2019.
We look forward to your participation at the IUFoST 20th World Congress of Food Science and Technology.
For more information on submitting a session proposal and to make a submission please see the Call for Sessions pages at the IUFoST2020 website.
