World of Food Science

The World of Food Science is published by IUFoST on behalf of its members and colleagues worldwide. Its purpose is to inform the world community of food scientists and technologists and others interested in the promotion of a safe, sufficient and healthy food supply through news of scientific and technological advances, government policies, regional reports and developments, events, business activities such as acquisitions and new products, and new markets and regulatory measures.

Professor Ken Buckle, Professor Emeritus of the University of New South Wales, Australia and Past President of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology, provides leadership and expertise as Editorial Board Chair in producing The World of Food Science.
